1) Needle Roller
FBX provides whole range of needles, the needle material is bearing steel, the hardness is HRC6065, the surface roughness Ra is not more than 0.2. Its dimensional tolerance, outline precision and needle groups, please contact us to get details.
Needle marks: P stand for flat end needle, Y for round end needle is ignored.

2) Cylindrical Roller
The dimensional range for FBX cylindrical roller: Dw:330, Lw: 550; the roller material is GCr15, the hardness is HRC6065; and the hardness is HRC6064 the material is GCr15SiMn,; surface roughness Ra is not more than 0.2.
The cylindrical dimension tolerance, group diamerter and length vibration, corner dimension and tolerance, outline tolerance and surface roughness are all in accordance with national standdards GB/T4661.
Examples of mark: Cylindrical Roller 5 x 8 +3/-15.
This is standing for the diameter is 5, the length is 8, tolerance grade is G3, the average diameter vibration is +3 μ m, group average length of vibration is -15 μ m.

3) Pin
FBX also mass-produces piston pin and other pin for powertool. It is normally made of bearing steel. The precision, surface hardness and roughness are all in accordance with the related industrial standards, or up to users requirements.
The marking method for pin refers to the cylindrical roller. It uses Pin directly for the type representation, then there is Diameter * Length.
Example of mark: Pin5*8
